Refund policy

Failed generation jobs

A failed eligible job releases its reserved ComicWave credits automatically. That release is a ledger correction, not a payment refund. A completed job settles the documented credit cost even if you later choose another version.

Credit packs

If local law permits, used credit packs are normally non-refundable. For an unused accidental purchase, contact support@comicwave.ai promptly with the order reference. We will review the request and any mandatory consumer rights; the merchant of record issues approved payment refunds.

Subscriptions

You may cancel future renewal through the customer portal. Access and benefits normally continue through the paid period. Partial-period refunds are not automatic unless required by law or stated at checkout.

Refunded credits

When a payment refund is approved, unused credits from that purchase are reversed. If some credits have already been spent, the account is held for review instead of being driven to a negative balance.
